CCPA (skills for payments and tax agents) is a training and assessment system for management personnel engaged in payments and tax related matters, most of whom are senior managers of various organizations, especially human resource management practitioners and financial practitioners. More than 40,000 learners to date in China and beyond have obtained the ATHE and IFA endorsed CCPA certification, including CEOs, HR directors, payments directors, finance directors and tax directors at a variety of well-known enterprises and colleges. The programme was approved and endorsed by ATHE in July 2018 and in October 2019 it was further approved and endorsed by IFA (the Institute of Financial Accountants).
As well as strategy and innovation, human resources is a key element in enterprise management, which makes payments management a top priority. With the implementation of CRS, payments related tax management is becoming more crucial. Therefore, CCPA (skills for payments and tax agents) certification has gained value among HR directors, tax directors in enterprises and institutions, and partners in HR institutions and tax agent firms. Private banking customers of financial institutions also believe that holding CCPA (skills for payments and tax agents) certification is a guarantee for financial account managers to provide high quality service.
Many professionals from Adecco, Apple, ADP, Hyatt, Randstad, SMBC, CMB, PwC and other well-known enterprises engaged in human resources, taxation and financial service have enrolled in the training and obtained ATHE and IFA certification after assessment.
ATHE and IFA continue to work closely with ChinaRencai colleagues on exciting product and market development opportunities, despite the challenges that the global pandemic has presented recently. As such, the future prospects for the partnership remain as strong as ever.
