The ATHE Level 4 Certificate in Workforce Performance Development a 3 unit, 14 credit Ofqual regulated qualification.
The qualification aims to develop a range of skills essential for a successful career in any workplace setting or sector. The qualification is designed to support team leaders, supervisors, line managers and anyone wanting to improve their workforce performance skills.
The qualification has been developed in collaboration with a number of stakeholders including subject experts, colleges, higher education institutions and businesses to ensure the qualification meets their needs.
Delivery of this qualification can be done via distance or blended learning, and can be studied flexibly either part-time or full-time.
