About the Role
The purpose of this role is to:
Centre Support responsibilities include answering queries from centres prior, during and after the recognition process; helping schedule centre visits and checks; and processing reports and forms.
General Administration duties include communicating with customers and associates via telephone and email; processing outgoing mail; and providing administrative support and back-up for colleagues.
Key Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have a good GCSE profile and be keen to develop themselves in their role. Some experience of working in an office is desirable but not essential, and the post holder will have good organisational, communication and numerical skills.
Attention to detail is important and the post-holder will be both a team-player and be able to work independently to deliver tasks to time and high standards.
