Job Position: Regional Standards Manager Regional responsibility, dependent on home location and experience Freelance Associate – initial 12-month contract (rolling monthly thereafter) with an agreed number of days per month to fulfil the role. Salary to be agreed.

Regional Standards Manager Vacancy ATHE is currently seeking an experienced teacher/trainer and assessor/verifier who has managed people to join the company as a Regional Standards Manager.

Company Description Established in 2010, Awards for Training and Higher Education (ATHE) is an Ofqual regulated awarding organisation offering a range of core and bespoke qualifications. A smaller yet highly successful organisation with exciting growth prospects, ATHE works with over 200 recognised centres in over 20 countries and has progression arrangements with an increasing number of universities. ATHE recognised centres include colleges, schools, employers and associations.

Role Description Working as part of a team you will monitor the performance of centres in a specific region and the External Verifiers (EVs) working with these centres, providing support and ensuring the EVs and centres operate to the highest standards and that ATHE continues to meet the relevant Ofqual Conditions. Regional Standards Managers also have the opportunity to be involved in delivering training and in qualification/ assessment development. Our Regional Standards Managers are contracted for an initial 12 month period.
