ATHE currently has a vacancy for a Customer Services Executive.

 

Job Type: Full-time Permanent (5 days / 35 hours per week)

Salary: £22,500 to £24,500 p.a. based on experience

Reports to: Head of Business Development

Place of Work:  Norwich head office

About the Role

The role has customer service responsibilities across the full customer lifecycle, supporting and monitoring ATHE recognised centres prior, during and after the recognition process.  Principal accountabilities involve customer engagement with prospective and existing centres and learners; supporting centres through ATHE processes for recognition, learner registration and certification; and coordinating activities with colleagues to help ensure the smooth running of the office.

 

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound organisational and multi-tasking skills, developed in an office-based customer service / facing role with three to five years’ experience.  Collaborative by nature and able to build effective working relationships at all levels, the postholder will possess strong communication skills both written and oral.  Experience of the education sector and the role of awarding organisations would be a bonus, as would familiarity with the finance function within an organisation.  A strong commitment to personal development will match the opportunities the role presents and the ethos of the organisation.
