ATHE is regulated by Ofqual
Awarding organisations in the UK are regulated by Ofqual who report directly to the UK Parliament. In addition, ATHE is regulated by the Welsh Government for qualifications delivered in Wales.
Ofqual regulates the Regulated Qualification Framework which is a framework for qualifications in the UK. This framework is internationally recognised and is part of the common reference framework for international qualifications.

Unique Learner Number
ATHE learners on a RQF qualification are eligible to receive a Unique Learner Number, which is held by The Learner Record Service. This keeps track of all achieved RQF qualifications.

Becoming an ATHE Centre
If you would like to become a recognised ATHE centre, we can support you through the process.
All ATHE recognised centres must fully adhere to the policies provided on the Policies and Procedures Page on our website.
