Job Title: Head of Quality & Assessment
Job Type: Substantive part-time (3-4 days per week)
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 p.a. pro rata
Reports to: Chief Executive
Place of Work: Flexible UK location with nationwide and some international travel. The post holder will also need to make regular visits to the Norwich head office.

About the Role
The role represents a challenging yet dynamic career advancing opportunity at a senior level based in the UK with the potential for international travel. With leadership responsibility for monitoring the quality of teaching, learning, assessment and quality systems in centres. In fulfilling these responsibilities, the post holder will manage two direct reports and a team of associates nationally.
You will have requisite experience of regulatory frameworks, quality assurance processes and of teaching and learning. You will be an energised team player looking to make your mark in an expanding and diversifying business. You will be a flexible, creative individual who will combine thoroughness of process and procedure with commercial acumen, an ability to meet deadlines and will respond positively to performance related incentives.
