Job Title: Head of Qualifications
Job Type: Part-time / Senior Associate, flexible working pattern 2-3 days per week
Salary: Negotiable salary/day rate
Reports to: Chief Executive
Place of Work: Flexible UK location, regular visits to Norwich head office, national travel as required.

About the Role
This is a high-profile senior management role with strategic leadership responsibility for the development, delivery and continuous improvement of a portfolio of high-quality qualifications. Working with our Qualifications Development Manager and a network of associates, the role will ensure an effective interface between customers’ requirements and our qualifications development activity. Effective collaboration with management colleagues will ensure that qualification development is aligned with our business development and quality & assessment activities.
You will demonstrate sound qualifications development and product management skills with experience of successfully applying these in appropriate educational contexts. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will bring strategic perspective and direction setting for ATHE’s qualifications development and portfolio management. You will be an energised team player looking to make your mark in an expanding and diversifying business. A flexible, creative individual, you will combine thoroughness of process and procedure with commercial acumen, an ability to meet deadlines and will respond positively to performance related incentives.
