ATHE currently has a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant.
About the Role
Working in our central office in Norwich and supporting our management team, the role will provide financial administration, record keeping and reporting across the full spectrum of customer, supplier and associate transactions.
As well as Sales and Purchase Ledger, Cash Management and Reconciliation responsibilities, the role will assist the CEO and management team in maintaining and reporting accurate financial records and performance.
Offered on a flexible part-time basis the role will suit an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to make an impact in a dynamic outward-facing organisation with a global presence.
You will be a dedicated and committed person with a professional outlook, familiar with working in an office environment for a customer focused organisation. AAT Qualified or working towards an accounting qualification, experience of using accountancy software (particularly Xero) would be an advantage.
You will be a good communicator, dedicated to achieving high standards of performance and delivery within agreed timescales, a team player with an ability to engage effectively with colleagues, customer, suppliers and business partners.
